| Coach Erik |

| Erik Nienaber Head Coach Erik Nienaber serves as Westfield High School Crew's head coach and works primarily with the men's program. He joined the team in 2006 with over 17 years of previous rowing experience. Like many of the coaches on the current staff, Erik began rowing at George Mason University. He rowed all four years, winning area championships in the varsity eight along with several medalist performances at the Mid-Atlantic Collegiate Crew Championships and the Dad Vail National Championships. Following college Erik began coaching at Hylton High School as their Men’s Varsity Coach and later as Northern Virginia’s Select Rowing Program Coordinator. He was named the Washington Post All-Met Rowing Coach of Year in 2000.

| Coach Brian |

| Brian Bosch Women’s Coach and Director of Daily Operations Brian joined Westfield High School Crew in 2007 and has more than 15 years experience on the local rowing scene. Brian began rowing at Hylton High School in Prince William County, Virginia. During his time at Hylton Brian competed on the Varsity Men’s Eight as their men’s stroke, and was selected as Prince William County’s Rower of the Year. Following high school Brian continued rowing at George Mason University, stroking their men’s varsity eight in his first year. In the past he has coached a number of summer and fall camps on the Occoquan. Brian previously served as an Assistant Rowing Coach at Virginia Tech. Beginning this year Brian will be managing the day-to-day operations of the team.

| Coach Tom |

| Tom Moulen Men’s Coach Tom joined Westfield High School Crew in 2008 and has over 25 years rowing experience on the local and national level. Tom began his rowing career at Mary Washington College where he aided in its crew team formation. Following college, Tom spent several years as a lightweight rower for Potomac Boat Club’s highly regarded club program. During this time Tom also began coaching both the club and high school level, stacking up an impressive number of victories. This included several medal performances at the Virginia State Championships, the SRAA National Championship Regatta, and the Stotesbury National Regatta. In 1993 and 1995 the Washington Post selected Tom as its All-Met Rowing Coach of Year.

| Coach Drew |
|
| Drew Fagan Assistant Men's Coach Drew returned to Westfield High School as a part-time coach in 2006. He was one of the original rowers at Westfield during his senior year, the club's inaugural year. Drew joined the George Mason Crew team during his freshman year and rowed the Varsity four and eight during the fall and spring racing seasons all four years. He served three years as President of the GMU Crew Club. He competed in a number of national races including the Head of the Charles in Boston and the Dad Vail National Championships. During the summer, Drew has served as a rowing coach for the Fairfax County camp.

| Colleen Dolinger Assistant Women's Coach Colleen returned to Westfield High School as a part-time coach in 2011, and is an alumna of the Westfield Crew program. She was a member of the inaugural team, which began her junior year of high school. Colleen is a graduate of Virginia Tech and we are happy to have her.

| Lauren Walters Assistant Women's Coach Lauren returned to Westfield High School as a part-time coach in 2011 and is an alumna of the Westfield Crew program. She was a member of the inaugural team, which began in her junior year of high school. Lauren is a graduate of and rowed at Clemson University. She also coached a summer crew program. We welcome her back to the team.

| Dave Dolinger Director of Equipment Resources Mr Dolinger monitors all equipment use, set-up and repair for the Westfield Crew team. He is an essential part of the team's success and without him we wouldn't be where we are today.
