Click Here for Winter Conditioning Registration | To participate every student must have a Student Emergency Care Information Form turned into Westfield Crew. These are FCPS forms. You may print it out or fill it out online and print it (click here to access it) or go to weCare@school on your student's FCPS Blackboard and print it out. Parent Signature must be on the form turned in.

Universal Liability Waiver:
Below are the directions to sign an online Universal Liability Waiver. All winter conditioning participates must complete this process.

You should see: Westfield Crew - 2009 Winter Waiver Signature Site!
Select men’s or women’s program and the correct experience for your rower, then select Register Now.
You may then
-“Log in” if you have a Ronin account
- create a Ronin account
or
- register without creating an account.
Complete the requested information on your rower, continue then read waiver, check box and select Continue.
You should get a Complete message. That is all you need to do. The board will be able to verify that it is completed. If there is an error, please try process again.

Don’t forget you will need a physical, on a VHSL form to participate in the spring season. The physical must be dated AFTER May 1, 2009. Don’t delay - you won’t be able to practice without it! (This is the same physical you need to participate in any school sport. If you already have one on file at school we will just need to know which sport you last participated in.) If you had your physical done last June at Westfield High then we will need you to indicate that on spring registraion.
